The Taunet Nelel Women group provides a safe space for women in Victoria to interact, reflect, support, educate, and encourage one another.
How Taunet Nelel Women group Achieve there Goal
- We advocate for the independence and freedom of women and girls.
- Promote community cohesion and inclusion in Taunet Nel.
- Provide networking opportunities for the Taunet Nelel community’s girls and women
- Provide opportunities for culturally diverse women to connect, network, and interact with decision-makers.
- Develop a mentorship program aimed at promoting diverse women into leadership positions in Australia.
- By devising policies that favour and suit women and girls within their dominions, Taunet Nelel will promote the interests of women and the girl child.
- Advocate for the rights, freedoms, and interests of women and girls, so that they can be considered on an equal footing with their male peers.
- Develop policies that address the challenges facing women and girls in this country and within the community.
- Implementing projects in the community that are aligned with their mandate of empowering women.
In Australia, migrants and multicultural women face several challenges. Several challenges are involved, including:

- Culture shock.
- Isolation and mental health concerns.
- Relationships and domestic violence.
- Challenges relating to finances.
Taunet Nelel women provide a platform for networking and sharing experiences. Thus, it facilitates communication and interaction within the wider Australian community. Moreover, mentoring programs provide women and girls with the opportunity to develop work-related skills. It is our goal to create a society in which women feel equally treated. In order to accomplish this, Taunet Nelel women take the following steps.
